Winston has been more than helpful with the property that i am planning to buy. He has written in the report his findings and he was willing to communicate on the phone about some of my concerns. He has been very knowledgable and professional.

Great service provided by Winston at Lawrence Eden Associated Ltd. He provided a very detailed survey and was quick to get everything exceuted.

Dealt with Winston today, he did a home buyers survey for me a few days ago and I am very pleased, as I was able to discuss the results with him and had a clear understanding of what’s going on with the property. I would definitely recommend him and his company to anyone. I was able to get a booking very quickly and the results were with me in four working days. I’m really happy I found this company.

Excellent customer service: speedy responses, good advice on the type of survey to undertake, convenient emails.

Thorough work: in depth review of the property, pictures throughout and an awareness of the property before visiting.

Quick responses, quick to book in visit with the agent and a report was ready within a few days of the visit.

Would definitely recommend.

Winston provided both an exceptional and detailed service. The report arrived timely with all parts outlined clearly as well as supporting evidence. Winston further was on hand to answer any additional questions and was an absolute pleasure to deal with. Couldn’t recommend highly enough.
