Winston was very prompt in his responses and agreed to carry out the survey at very short notice which we really appreciate. He was patient and happy to answer all questions over the phone and prepared the report very swiftly too. We would recommend Winston for his efficient, forthright, impartial and knowledgeable service.

I received a Home Buyers Survery report from Lawrence Eden and dealt with Winston directly.
This is my first home purchase and I've been quite overwhelmed by the amount of decisions and process, including choosing what sort of survey to conduct and who to choose to do it.
I spoke to a number of surveyors of whom most inspired little confidence from me. I'd heard stories of surveyors just walking in to the building and ticking some boxes without actually doing a thorough analysis.
From my first phone call with Winston, I knew he was the surveyor for me. I told him the address of the property and he instantly knew the location, age of the building, number of bedrooms etc. He was very familiar with that area and clearly had a lot of experience surveying those properties. He was also honest about the fact that he didn't think I needed a structural survey as he knew this style and period of house.
Winston was swift to arrange the survey with my estate agents and carried out the survey in a matter of days. 1 week later, I had my report.
The report was thorough, detailed and gave me a lot of valuable information that I am sure I will be referring to in the future.
I couldn't recommend Lawrence Eden Associates Ltd more.

My estate agent recommended Lawrence Eden to do my Homebuyer Report- Survey and Valuation. I then spoke to Winston and found him very helpful and informative. Fortunately, he was able to do my survey within a few days, and I then received the completed report a few days later. I am really impressed with the service and particularly pleased with how exceptionally helpful Winston has been since, in going over the report with me and even other aspects of the property I plan to buy. I found the service to be friendly, professional, fast and thorough and would highly recommend Lawrence Eden to others.
