Winston is incredibly knowledgeable, super helpful and thorough.
His survey with accompanying pictures was very detailed and digestible with all facets broken down in as to whether they are of concern or not.
Winston was happy to answer questions before and after the report at no extra cost.
From booking the appointment to receipt of the report it took less than a week.
I am extremely happy with Winston's fantastic service and his very reasonable charges.

I found lawrence eden through a comparison site, looking at both the reviews here and the price offered to decide.
I must admit my experience with Lawrence Eden was exceptional, very smooth, and gave a good result.
Winston very quickly arranged a date with my estate agent, and had the report ready with 4 working days. Overall a very smooth process and highly recommended!

Used them for a Homebuyers Report and very happy. Efficient and profession service for a reasonable price. Accommodating on arranging the survey. Would definitely recommend.

Winston (main surveyor) is very passionate about his work and goes the extra mile to meet his clients needs. Very friendly, very professional and easily best surveyor I've worked with. Whether you're an experienced buyer or a seasoned veteran then Winston can meet your needs. Even after reporting he is quick to answer questions and genuinely interested in his client's progress.

Winston was not only timely, thorough and great value, he continued to help and offer his advice after he'd delivered our survey and the job was technically finished. He was ready to help and volunteer his counsel even when he didn't have to. Overall, we were delighted with the service and felt much reassured in many of the decisions we took.
