After reading numerous good reviews for Lawrence Eden Associates, I decided to reach out to Winston to conduct a Building Survey. He promptly provided me with a quote and the supporting information that would help me to understand what the completed report would entail.
Upon receiving the report, I was extremely impressed with the level of detail and the fact that it was really easy to follow. It was also a bonus to have additional photos to supplement the findings detailed in the report. I would highly recommend Winston as the service received was excellent!

Winston was extremely professional in his approach, communications and survey.
The service was excellent, the inspection and report were done within a week without asking for it to be done quickly. The report was also good, easy to understand and also realistic.
I would happily recommend him to anyone looking for a property survey and will use him again if I should need to.

We have asked Laurence to carry out a survey for us Last Thursday.
We have received the report with in five working days.
I cannot believe how thorough the report is.Its worth every penny we paid.
Laurence is very approachable and very efficient.
I would not hesitate to recommend this surveyor to my family and friends.
I can only thank him for putting my mind at ease relating to the purchase.
