Winston is of a rare, breed, these, s days not only he was extremely efficient, but a man of his word. Taking professional, to the next Level, he cannot do enough, for you. The survey and photos. Of high quality. Just like his service. Where I was anxious, he put me at ease straight away, as buying and scaling properties, is a stressful experience. I will definitely use, him again, and will highly recommend him, to all.

Winston was very personable and gave me an honest quote compared to other surveyors which meant a saving for us. He was able to fit us in very quickly and we received the report in the time advised. Would highly recommend.

"Winston was recommended to us by our estate agent. He did not disappoint. His advice was to take out a Home Buyer Report and not a Full Buildings Survey, this meant a lower fee for Winston, he was clearly more interested in providing the best solution for us, his client, than he was about making as much money as possible. He was always available on the phone or via email, and if he could not take a call straight away he would call back within minutes, not hours. Winston was also able to act quickly, visiting the property and writing the report, all within a week of us first speaking. I found him extremely professional on top of being an incredibly affable chap. I would use him again, in a heart beat. I would strongly recommend him to anyone buying a property, or needing his services in his catchment area. You will not be disappointed!"
